At Ahsan Enterprises, we aim to deliver your orders safely and on time across Pakistan. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, dispatch, and deliver orders placed through our website, online store, social media channels, or physical retail operations where delivery is requested.

1. Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver within Pakistan unless otherwise stated on the product page or agreed separately in writing.

For deliveries outside Pakistan, please contact us before placing an order to confirm availability, shipping charges, customs handling, and delivery timelines.

2. Order Processing Time

Orders are normally processed within 1 to 2 business days after order confirmation or payment verification.

Processing time may be longer during:

  • public holidays
  • weekends
  • sale periods
  • stock verification
  • high order volume
  • unexpected courier delays

Orders placed after our daily order processing cutoff may be processed on the next business day.

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Major cities: 2 to 4 business days
  • Other cities and towns: 3 to 7 business days
  • Remote areas: 5 to 10 business days

These are estimated delivery times only and are not guaranteed.

Delivery time includes:

  • handling/processing time before dispatch
  • transit time after the parcel is handed over to the courier

Google Merchant Center shipping guidance distinguishes these elements and expects merchants to provide delivery time details along with shipping cost and destination country settings.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on factors such as:

  • customer location
  • parcel size or weight
  • product category
  • order value
  • courier service type

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be shown at checkout or communicated before order confirmation.

Unless clearly stated otherwise:

  • promotional free shipping applies only where specifically announced
  • special handling, fragile packing, bulk delivery, or urgent delivery may incur extra charges
  • any additional shipping fee for remote areas may be charged separately after confirmation

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery may be available in selected areas and for selected order values.

We reserve the right to:

  • disable COD on certain products
  • request advance payment for high-value orders
  • require partial advance payment in certain cases
  • refuse COD where delivery risk is unusually high

6. Order Confirmation and Dispatch

After placing an order, the customer may receive:

  • an order confirmation message
  • an order verification call or message
  • a dispatch confirmation once the parcel has been shipped

Ahsan Enterprises reserves the right to delay or cancel dispatch if:

  • product stock is unavailable
  • payment is pending or unverifiable
  • customer details are incomplete
  • the order appears suspicious or fraudulent

7. Delivery Partners

We may use third-party courier and logistics services to deliver orders.

Once the parcel is handed over to the courier, delivery timing depends partly on the courier’s service network and operational conditions.

8. Tracking

Where tracking is available, the customer will be provided with a tracking number or shipment details after dispatch.

Tracking updates depend on the courier system and may take time to appear.

9. Customer Responsibility

The customer is responsible for providing:

  • correct full name
  • complete delivery address
  • active mobile/contact number
  • accurate city and area details

Ahsan Enterprises will not be responsible for delays, failed delivery, or extra delivery charges caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer.

10. Delivery Delays

We are not liable for delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:

  • weather conditions
  • road closures
  • strikes
  • public holidays
  • law and order issues
  • courier operational delays
  • natural disasters
  • supply chain disruptions

In such cases, we will try to assist the customer with updated delivery information where possible.

11. Inspection at Delivery

Customers are encouraged to inspect the parcel at the time of delivery, where reasonably possible.

If the parcel appears:

  • opened
  • tampered with
  • damaged
  • incomplete

please notify us as soon as possible and preferably within 24 to 48 hours of delivery, with clear photos or video evidence.

12. Damaged, Missing, or Wrong Items

If you receive:

  • a damaged item
  • a wrong item
  • a missing item
  • an incomplete parcel

please contact Ahsan Enterprises within 48 hours of receiving the order.

Claims submitted after this period may be harder to verify and may not be accepted depending on the situation.

Any such issue will be handled according to our Refund and Return Policy.

13. Failed Delivery / Re-Delivery

If delivery fails because:

  • the customer is unavailable
  • the phone number is unreachable
  • the address is incorrect
  • the parcel is refused without valid reason

then:

  • re-delivery may be attempted depending on courier policy
  • additional delivery charges may apply
  • the order may be cancelled or returned to us

14. Refused Orders

If a customer refuses an order after dispatch without a valid reason, Ahsan Enterprises may deduct actual shipping, handling, and return charges from any eligible refund.

15. High-Value and Fragile Items

For certain electronics, fragile items, or high-value products:

  • extra verification may be required before dispatch
  • advance payment may be required
  • special packaging charges may apply
  • opening at delivery may not be allowed if prohibited by the courier

16. Delivery Completion

An order will be considered delivered when it is received at the delivery address provided by the customer, whether accepted by the customer or another person present at that address, unless otherwise documented by the courier.

Ahsan Enterprises may update this Shipping Policy at any time by publishing the revised version on the website. The updated policy will apply from the effective date stated above.
