Refund and Return Policy

At Ahsan Enterprises, we aim to provide genuine products and a fair shopping experience for our customers in Pakistan. This Refund and Return Policy explains when a product may be returned, how refunds are processed, and what conditions apply to electronics and general retail items purchased from us.
1. Scope
This policy applies to purchases made from Ahsan Enterprises through our website, online store, social media order channels, or physical retail outlet, unless a different written policy is stated for a specific product.
2. Return Eligibility
A product may be eligible for return or replacement if:
- the wrong item was delivered
- the item was damaged during delivery
- the item is defective on arrival
- the item is incomplete or missing parts
- the item received does not match the order description
- the customer changes their mind and the item is unused, unopened, and in original sealed packaging, subject to the conditions below
3. Return Window
A. Damaged, defective, wrong, or incomplete items
You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery or collection.
B. Change-of-mind returns
Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 7 calendar days of delivery or collection only if:
- the item is unused
- the item is unopened and factory sealed
- the original packaging is intact
- all accessories, manuals, warranty cards, tags, and invoice/receipt are included
4. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items
For hygiene, safety, technical compatibility, and product integrity reasons, the following are generally not eligible for return or refund unless defective on arrival:
- opened or used electronics
- software, digital products, license keys, and downloadable items
- memory cards, USB drives, storage media, earphones, earbuds, personal-use accessories, and similar items once opened
- batteries, cells, printer cartridges, and consumable products
- products damaged by misuse, mishandling, liquid damage, power fluctuation, improper installation, or unauthorized repair
- clearance, final sale, or non-returnable promotional items clearly marked as such
- customized, special-order, or built-to-order items
5. Condition of Returned Items
To qualify for a return, the item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, including:
- original box and packaging
- accessories and free gifts
- warranty card, if provided
- invoice or proof of purchase
- serial number / IMEI / model labels intact and untampered
We reserve the right to reject a return if the product shows signs of use, damage, tampering, missing parts, missing packaging, or altered serial numbers.
6. Electronics-Specific Terms
For electronics, the following additional rules apply:
- Dead on Arrival (DOA) / defective on arrival items may be eligible for replacement, repair, or refund after inspection
- if a product carries an official brand warranty, warranty claims after the initial return window may need to be processed through the authorized brand service center
- compatibility issues, customer setup errors, unsupported software, or change of preference after opening are not treated as defects
7. How to Request a Return
To request a return, the customer must contact Ahsan Enterprises through our official support channels and provide:
- order number or invoice number
- customer name and contact number
- product name/model
- clear reason for return
- photos or video, where applicable, especially for damaged, wrong, or defective items

8. Return Approval Process
All returns are subject to review and inspection by our team. A return request does not automatically mean the return has been approved.
Once approved, we will provide return instructions. In some cases, the customer may be asked to return the product to our store or courier it to our designated return address.
9. Return Shipping Charges
- If the return is due to our error, wrong item, incomplete item, or verified defective-on-arrival product, Ahsan Enterprises will bear the reasonable return cost or arrange the return.
- For change-of-mind returns, the customer bears the return shipping/courier charges.
- Original delivery/shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our mistake or a verified defective/wrong item.
10. Inspection and Resolution
After receiving the returned item, we will inspect it. If the return is approved, we may offer one of the following depending on the case:
- replacement with the same item
- exchange for another item
- store credit
- partial refund
- full refund
The resolution depends on stock availability, product condition, and the reason for return.
11. Refund Method
Approved refunds will be made through one of the following methods:
- bank transfer
- Easypaisa / JazzCash
- reversal to the original payment method where possible
- store credit, if agreed with the customer
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are usually processed through bank transfer or digital wallet transfer, not cash at delivery.
12. Refund Time
Once the returned item is received and approved after inspection, refunds are usually processed within 7 to 10 business days. In some cases, bank or payment-provider processing may take additional time.
13. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. If payment has already been received and the order has not yet shipped, the refund will be processed according to our normal refund timeline.
If the order has already been dispatched, the customer must follow the return process after receiving the parcel.
14. Refused Deliveries
If a customer refuses delivery without a valid reason after dispatch, shipping and handling charges may be deducted from any eligible refund.
15. Fraud Prevention and Abuse
To protect both customers and our business, Ahsan Enterprises reserves the right to reject returns or refunds in cases involving:
- suspicious claims
- repeated misuse of the return process
- missing or altered serial numbers
- swapped items
- damaged products returned for reasons unrelated to the original complaint
16. Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy is intended to remove any consumer rights that may apply under the laws of Pakistan. Customers are advised to review applicable local consumer protection requirements where relevant.
17. Policy Display and Acceptance
By placing an order with Ahsan Enterprises, the customer acknowledges that they have read and accepted this Refund and Return Policy before completing the purchase.
